Strength: Push Jerk 7 x 1
Work to find your 1 RM
then…
Using 90% of your 1RM for calculations do the following:
5 reps @ 65%
5 reps @ 75%
AMRAP @ 85%

Extra: 8 min Tabata of classes choice!
