Work to find your 1 RM
then…
Using 90% of your 1RM for calculations do the following:
5 reps @ 65%
5 reps @ 75%
AMRAP @ 85%

Extra: 8 min Tabata of classes choice!

    Push Jerk 1RM 110. 65/75/85x 4
    Deadlift: 115 x 5/130 x 5/ 145 x 14…note to self…don’t try to beat Ashley…pain will follow!! Lol
