Today we will be working for Max effort on Back Squat and Clean & Jerks. You will perform the following:
3 Sets of ME Backquats (65%)
3 Sets of ME Handstand Pushups
These are alternating supersets with a one minute rest between sets.
3 Sets of ME Clean & Jerks (65%)
3 Sets of 2 minute ME Double Unders
These are alternting with a one minute rest between sets.
8 minute AMRAP of:
5 SDHP (115/85)
7 Burpee Box Jumps
